Approving the 1/500 planning task of Ghenh Bac Resort, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Nhon Hai commune, Quy Nhon city.

On August 23, 2021, the Provincial People's Committee approved the task of detailed construction planning at the scale of 1/500 Ghenh Bac Resort, Nhon Hai Commune, Quy Nhon City, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.

The planning area covers an area of about 20ha in Sub-zone 05, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone. The planning objective is to concretize the general adjustment of the overall construction planning of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone to 2040 approved by the Prime Minister as well as to realize the construction zoning plan of 1/2000 scale for Phuong Mai Tourist Urban Area (Sub-zone 05), Nhon Hoi Economic Zone has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee and Ghenh Bac resort is planned to be a high-class resort, exploiting the potential advantages of topography and landscape for various types of accommodations resorts such as hotels, villas, bungalows.. and other services to satisfy the needs of visitors.

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee has approved to expand the scale of Ghenh Bac Resort, Nhon Hai commune, Quy Nhon city from 8.5 hectares to about 20 hectares and assigned the Economic Zone Administration to develop a detailed plan of 1/500 ratio to provide a basis for bidding to select investors in accordance with the provisions of laws. The planning budget is about VND 1.17 billion and it is sponsored by enterprises.
