Approving 1/500-scale planning tasks of the Artificial Intelligence Center - Auxiliary Urban Area

On March 16, 2021, Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee approved the detailed construction planning task of 1/500 scale of the Artificial Intelligence Center - Auxiliary Urban Area, Quy Nhon city.

The boundaries of the land area for the project construction

The planning site is in Long Van urban area, Tran Quang Dieu and Bui Thi Xuan wards, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province. The goals are to concretize the zoning plan of 1/2000 scale of Long Van urban area, Quy Nhon city, to create a modern urban area with excellent architecturel and landscape, synchronous technical and social infrastructure systems as an artificial intelligence city (research, training, software production, digital transformation support, supply of network security solutions, social security, artificial intelligence for people; improving productivity, quality and value of services; residential areas, public land - urban services, trees and water-surface and technical infrastructure), to attract investment in research, creation and development according to the 4.0 industry, looking ahead to the Industry 5.0.

The Artificial Intelligence Center - Ancillary Urban Area project covers an area of about 94 hectares (excluding the area of Bau Lat Lake), with the project scale including the works such as Center for Research and Technology Development, specializing in artificial intelligence (AI), software manufacturing facilities, modern and intelligent housing...

The project’s investor is FPT Quy Nhon Joint Venture (including the members: FPT City Da Nang Joint Stock Company, FPT Investment Limited Company and FPT Software Limited Company) with total capital of almost VND 4,400 billion.
