Adjusting the 1/500 plan of Hai Giang Merry Land Tourist Area

The Provincial People's Committee has recently approved the amendment of the 1/500 detailed plan of Hai Giang Merry Land tourist area and the project area is 623,7058 ha after the amendment.

Accordingly, the planned area is part of the Sub-zone No.4 and Sub-zone No.5, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone (Nhon Hai commune, Quy Nhon city). The objective of the planning adjustment is to concretize the master plan of the general adjustment of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone which has been approved by the Prime Minister and the plans of the Sub-zone No.4 and Sub-zone No.5 approved by the Provincial People’s Committee; to build a medium and high-class tourist resort with modern design and structure and excellent furniture to meet the recreation and relaxation needs of domestic and foreign tourists; and to ensure synchronous connection of infrastructure and landscape architecture with neighboring projects in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.

The planning adjustment includes: Adjusting the project boundaries to match the approved 1/2000 zoning plan, also to ensure there is no overlap with defense land. Accordingly, the project’s area after adjustment is 623,705.8 ha; adjusting the functional areas to meet the recreation and relaxation needs of domestic and foreign tourists; adjusting the technical infrastructure system (traffic, drainage, power supply...) to make them suitable with the functional areas after adjustment.

The project is invested by Hung Thinh Quy Nhon Service Entertainment Joint Stock Company with total capital of VND 3,424.2 billion. The project's goals are to build a hotel, resort with an international level with high-quality entertainment services, golf course, recreational service area, swimming area, conference area and folk culture area. When established, Quy Nhon city will have a new world-class tourist attraction, serving the increasing demand of tourists in Binh Dinh.
