Inviting investment in warehouses and service areas along the new National Highway 19

Recently, the Provincial People's Committee has agreed to call for investment in the construction of warehouses and service areas along the new National Highway 19, Phuoc Loc commune, Tuy Phuoc district, Binh Dinh province. There are two locations calling for investment in this area.

New Highway 19 (for illustration)

The first location has an area of approximately 5.14ha, the main functions are providing warehouses and supportive services. The land lot is bordered as follows: the North borders on the warehouse, logistics service project of the Maritime Industrial Service Joint Stock Company; the East borders on the frontage road - New Highway 19; the South borders on the second Location (Location 02); the West borders on the planned road of 23m wide.

The second location has an area of about 4.09ha, the main function is are providing warehouses and supportive services. The land lot has the boundaries as follows: the North borders on the first location (Location 01); the East borders on the frontage road - New Highway 19; the South and the West borders on the planned road of 23m wide.

The investment in the construction of warehouses and service areas along the new National Highway 19 is to implement the zoning plan of 1/2000 scale for the land resource along National Highway 19 (new) section from Quy Nhon city to Tuy Phuoc district which has been approved by the People's Committee; generating budget revenues from projects’ land use levy, other budget revenues from taxes, investment and business activities; improving the efficiency of land use, ...

Also, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to take charge and coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Construction, and the Provincial Land Clearance Board to reach agreement on the form of investor selection to implement the above project. and report to the Provincial People's Committee for final decision.
