Quy Nhon city calls for investment in 13 new projects

Quy Nhon City People's Committee has informed the list of projects calling for investment in 2021 including 13 projects. The projects are in the fields of commerce, service, tourism, infrastructure...

Three projects of Trade Centers include one project in Le Thanh Nghi street, another project in 1A Island North of Ha Thanh river, Dong Da ward with total area of 0.45 hectare; two trade and service area projects (No.1) and (No.2) in Eastern Nguyen Trong Tri street, Nhon Binh ward with an area of 0.25 hectare for the project No.1 and 0.2 hectare for the project No.2.

Three projects of service, tourism and resort in Quy Nhon - Song Cau route, Ghenh Rang ward, include: tourist destination project No. 8C with an area of 32.8 hectare; tourist destination project No.2A of 33.5 hectare and tourist destination project No. 9H of 38.2ha.

Three projects of service, tourism, hotels and trade in Quy Nhon city, include: the land lot of Binh Dinh Medical College and the warehouse of Binh Dinh Tourism Joint Stock Company with an area of 0.65 hectare; the land lot of Binh Dinh General Museum, No. 26 Nguyen Hue of 0.4 hectare; K200 land lot, An Duong Vuong street of 1.08 hectare.

One trade, service, office and apartment complex is at 25 Tay Son street, covers an area of 0.7 hectare. The structure minimum height is 25 floors.

One landscape forest and rest stop project along Highway 1D, at the Eastern part of National Highway 1D, Ghenh Rang ward, with an area of 19.15 hectare.

One project of Long My industrial cluster in Phuoc My commune with an area of 75 hectare. The investment objective is to construct infrastructure for the industrial cluster in accordance with the approved planning 1/500 to create land resource to attract secondary investors who are to lease land for manufacture and business.

Another project is Long My industrial wastewater treatment station in Bui Thi Xuan ward with a capacity of 2,400 m3 /day and night.
