Hoai Nhon calls for investment in infrastructure construction of Bong Son Industrial Park

Hoai Nhon Township People's Committee have added the construction project of infrastructure for Bong Son Industrial Park in the list of projects calling for investment in 2021.

 

Vinatex garment factory, Bong Son industrial cluster, Hoai Nhon township

Accordingly, the project site belongs to Dien Khanh, Van Cang, Lai Duc, Lai Khanh Nam quarters, Bong Son ward; covering an area of 250 hectares.

The project's objective is to invest in the construction and trading of the industrial park's  infrastructure in accordance with the approved plan of 1/500 scale in order to create good land resource to attract secondary investors to lease land for manufacture and trading.

Previously, the People's Committee of Hoai Nhon township also called for investment in 4 projects in the infrastructure construction for Bong Son industrial cluster (phase 2) in Thiet Dinh Nam quarter, Bong Son ward on area of 30.5 hectares; Hoai Huong industrial cluster in Thien Duc quarter, Hoai Huong ward with an area of 11.8 hectares; Ngoc Son - Hoai Thanh Tay Industrial Cluster in Ngoc Son Bac quarter, Hoai Thanh Tay ward with an area of 12 hectares; Hoai Tan industrial cluster in Giao Hoi 1 quarter, Hoai Tan ward with an area of 74.5 hectares.
