VIVA wicker knitting factory is invested by VIVA Import Export Trading and Production Co., Ltd.. The project location is at Lot C2.1, Nhon Hoa Industrial Park; construction area of 10,940.6 m2; capital of VND 15.5 billion. The project objective is to manufacture and trade tables, chairs, beds, chests of drawers from wicker and mechanical processing for wicker knitting. The investment scale: Tables, chairs, beds, chests of drawers from wicker: 42,000 sets/year; mechanical processing for wicker manufacture (with paint spraying): 373 tons of products /year. The project implementation is from September 2020 to March 2021.
The wicker factory of MVC-Furniture Import Export Production & Trading Co., Ltd. is invested in Lot C2.2, Nhon Hoa Industrial Park. The construction area is of 9,693.1m2; capital is VND 14 billion. The objective of the project is to manufacture and trade tables, chairs, beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers from wicker and mechanical processing for wicker knitting. The investment scale: Tables, chairs, beds, chests of drawers from wicker: 35,000 sets /year; mechanical processing for wicker manufacture (with paint spraying) 300 tons of products /year. The project implementation is from September 2020 to May 2021.
The wicker factory of Hoang Nhan Trading & Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Phuc Van Trading & Service Co. is to be implemented in Lot C2.3, Nhon Hoa Industrial Park. The construction area is of 8,818m2; capital of VND 13 billion. The project objective is to manufacture and trade tables, chairs, beds, chests of drawers from wicker and mechanical processing for wicker knitting. Production scale: Tables, chairs, beds, chests of drawers from wicker 30,000 sets / year; mechanical processing for wicker manufacture (with paint spraying): 400 tons of products / year. The project implementation is from September 2020 to March 2021.
The workshop for manufacturing and renovating containers is invested by Phuc Van Trading and Service Co., Ltd., implemented at Lot C3.1, Nhon Hoa Industrial Park. The construction area covers 6.119m2; capital of VND 10 billion. The project objective is to manufacture and repair containers; with manufacture scale of 400 containers/year, repairing scale of 450 containers/year. The project construction will implemented from September 2020 to April 2021.
The project in Long My Industrial Park is the project of mattress sewing, foam production, mechanical processing for wicker knitting invetsed by Hoang Trang Trading and Service Co., Ltd. The location is on Lot A10, Long My Industrial Park; the construction area covers 19,659 m2; capital of 27.13 VND billion. The project's objective is to sew mattresses, manufacture foam, manufacture mechanical tables and chairs combined with knitting wicker. With the scale: one million mattress products /year; 1,000,000 foam products/year, 10,000 sets of wicker products/year, 490 tons of products of mechanical processing /year. The project is implemented from September 2020 to March 2021.
