Investor of the domestic waste treatment plant project is selected

Recently, the Joint Venture of Xuan Hieu Limited Company and Nam Thanh - Ninh Thuan Production - Trade Limited Company have been recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as the investor of the domestic waste treatment plant at Long My landfill, Quy Nhon city.

Accordingly, the factory site is in zone A-3, Long My solid waste landfill, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province; it covers an area of 4.33 ha (the land ground has not been cleared). The capacity of the project (processing capacity) is expected to be approximately 700 tons/day. The project is divided into 2 phases:

- Phase 1: Construction and completion of a waste treatment line after 12 months from the date of handing over the clean ground, phase 1’s capacity is 400 tons/day.

- Phase 2: From 2026 onwards, if more than 400 tons /day of domestic waste is produced or there is a need to increase the landfill’s processing capacity as required by competent authorities, or advanced technology is needed (burning, recycling plastic waste into plastic pellets, recycling waste into burning pellets, ...) suitable with the current time, the investor must propose specific solutions of processing technology in their bid.

The total capital of the project is 160 billion VND. The project life cycle is 30 years. The service unit price is 225,000 VND/ton.
