Approving the 1/500 scale planning of Thi Nai sea port warehousing service center and seafood processing area

Accordingly, Thi Nai Port Joint Stock Company registers to carry out Thi Nai sea port warehousing service center and the seafood processing area with total capital of VND 887 billion in order to create a land fund to meet the logistics and warehousing services with modern infrastructure, to ensure food hygiene and safety for adjacent residential areas according to current regulations.

According to the plan, the construction items include: Thi Nai seaport warehousing service center of 341,107.6 m2, seafood processing area of 141,649.2 m2; shared infrastructure service of 97,134.5 m2; and technical infrastructure (in accordance with the sub-zone planning scheme of 1/2,000 scale) of 235,983 m2.
