Perspective of Tan Dai Minh Social Housing project (Lamer 1)
Accordingly, the total construction area of Lamer 2 project is 13,423 m2, of which land for social housing apartment is 5,612.92 m2; land for commercial semi-detached houses is 2,684.74 m2, walkway and green tree park land is 3,333.27 m2, land for technical infrastructure and traffic is 1,792.77 m2. Total capital is VND 768,868 billion. The project will be implemented from the third quarter of the year 2020 to the second quarter of the year 2024.
The project has three blocks of 23 storeys (including technical floors and the roof), 4-storey garage, 32 commercial semi-detached houses. The number of flats is 851 and they are divided into 5 types (195 class A flats of 58.96 m2 - 70.53 m2, 288 class A flats of from 54.75 m2 to 60 m2, 301 class C flats of 54.41 m2 to 56.25 m2, 64 class D flats of 58.92 m2 to 60.58 m2) and 3 class E flats of from 85,9 m2 to 94,35 m2.
The project is expected to solve the social housing demand for about 1,700 people, contributing to the refurbishment of urban architecture and landscape environment in modern direction.
Previously, Tan Dai Minh Investment Limited Company built Tan Dai Minh Social Housing project (Lamer 1) upon the approval of the Provincial People's Committee in November 2018. Total investment was over VND 365 billion with the scale of 12 floors for Block A and 18 floors for Block B and 32 semi-detached houses.
