L’Amour Resort Quy Nhon to be constructed

Recently, Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee has approved for L'Amour Ghenh Rang Company Limited to invest in L'Amour Resort Quy Nhon project in the Decision No. 1883/QD-UBND dated 06/6/2019, the investment location is at area 1, Ghenh Rang ward, Quy Nhon city.

 

Perspective of L’Amour Resort Quy Nhon

The investment is composed of the components a welcome gate, a parking lot, an office and reception area, boats and recreation area on the sea, 2-storey swimming pool, a seafood restaurant, a general service house, a swimming area and the beach, a security and rescue house, a hotel, resort villas, footbridges along the sea, organic vegetable garden and orchards, a library, a playground for children... Total investment capital is VND 128 billion, with construction area of about 38,376.9m2.

The implementaion of the project is divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 from the second quarter of the year 2019 to the fourth quarter of the year 2020 is to construct Zone A of the project (Zone A is located in the east of Highway 1D) with an area of about 13,288.9m2; Phase 2 from the first quarter of the year 2021 to the first quarter of the year 2022 continues to construct Zone B of the project (Zone B is located in the west of Highway 1D) with an area of about 25,088m2.

This eco-tourism and resort project will contribute to meeting the increasing needs of domestic and foreign tourists, creating beautiful architectural landscapes in the project area in particular and Quy Nhon city in general.
