Regarding the scope and boundaries: To remove from the planning the western part of the North-South expressway, about 49.8 ha; to remove from the planning the Southeast area which is no longer favorable for developmenT; to add the limits of the 2nd establishment of the Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation Hospital into the sub-area planning. The total planned area is about 41.93ha.
To adjust the zoning plan of 1/2,000 scale into sub-areas as follows:
- Sub-area 1: Combined with the second establishment of the Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation Hospital, expanding to the west and being adjacent to the North-South expressway. The main functions are health care and rehabilitation section.
- Sub-area 2: The residential area consists of villa land located in the East, separately arranged; residential land in combination with business purposes organized in accordance with terraced house model.
- Sub-area 3: Resort area arranged along the spring sides. Hotels, resort villas, service facilities for tourism such as bar, club, spa, ... are planned.
- Sub-area 4: Community tourism located in the west of the stream.
Previously, the Provincial People's Committee issued Letter No.1315/UBND-TH on March 22, 2018 approving for Truong Thanh Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company to collaborate with the Department of Construction and concerned departments and agencies to investigate and propose adjustment for the detailed planning of 1/2,000 scale of Hoi Van hot spring resort and health care area.
