The event was attended by leaders of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC), and leaders of related departments including Department of Planning and Investment.
The TMA Innovation Park project will be implemented at Quy Hoa Education and Urban Area, Ghenh Rang ward, Quy Nhon city, covering an area of over 15 hectares, including the following components: software manufacture and export, training centre, research and technology transfer centre, data science centre, artificial intelligence centre, the Internet of Things (IoT) centre, guest house for experts and staff... in order to provide software for partners at home and abroad. The project has total capital of more than VND 154 billion, to be carried out from the first quarter 2018 to the fourth quarter 2022.
It is the outcome of Binh Dinh province’s investment promotion programme in Ho Chi Minh City and the meeting between leaders of Binh Dinh PPC and concerned departments in Quy Nhon city with leaders of TMA Solutions Co., Ltd.

After investigating the development of information technology in Binh Dinh, the investor has decided to establish Tuong Minh Binh Dinh Software Solution Co., Ltd to invest in TMA Innovative Park project with the target of becoming a leading software manufacture and exporter in Central Vietnam.
The project is aimed to boost training human resource in high technology, to work closely with Quy Nhon University and to attract domestic and foreign scientists to Binh Dinh in order to convert the area into a research centre and supply centre of human resources in information technology. The project will provide employment opportunities for graduates from Quy Nhon University and other universities in the area; generating motivation to attract more domestic and foreign investors in high technology and promote development of accompanying services for economic growth in the locality.
Meeting with Tuong Minh Binh Dinh Software Solution Co., Ltd
The TMA Innovation Park project invested by Tuong Minh Binh Dinh Software Solution Co., Ltd is the first domestic project in information technology in Binh Dinh and is the second information technology in Binh Dinh. Previously, Binh Dinh Department of Planning and Investment granted the investment registration certificate to Ninja Q Co., Ltd. for the CAD/CAM data processing and software development with total registered capital of USD 62,000.
