2 new tourism projects get approvals

Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee have passed approvals for two new tourism projects, namely Riverside yatch habour of Dai Phuoc Company Limited and La Costa Resort of Thanh Linh Quy Nhon Investment Joint Stock Company.

The first project, Riverside yatch habour is to operate in the fishery logictics area in Dong Da district, Quy Nhon city, covering 418.5 m2, of which the water surface area is expected to be around 310 m 2. The project will employ a total capital of VND 1.1 billion and will be implemented for 4 months.

The second project, La Costa Resort La Costa Resort of Thanh Linh Quy Nhon Investment JS Company is to be located in an area of 4 ha in Quy Nhon - Song Cau route, in Ghenh Rang ward, Quy Nhon city. The total capital of this project is VND 60 billion.

Two above-mentioned projects will provide more destinations for tourists inside and outside Vietnam; especially they will create favorable conditions for boats and canoes to anchor when people travel or go on boat trips in Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province.

By the end of the first quarter 2017, Binh Dinh has attracted 12 investment projects with total capital of over VND 2.689 billion, in which service - tourism sector allures the biggest number of projects (7 projects); agriculture sector 4 projects and industry 1 project.
