The People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province signed the Decision on approving tasks of the detailed 1/2000 scale plan of Hai Giang tourist area at Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, invested by Hai Giang Joint Stock Company.
The project covers on an area of 656.25 hectares, of which 375.5 hectares are for construction. It is planned for constructing a tourist area including five-star hotel, resort, 18 hole golf course, high quality services on holding seminars, conferences, workshops and events; and other services such as sea bathing, mountain climbing, sight seeing and etc. It is set to complete the planning design within the first quarter of 2009.
