At the meeting, ChairmanHo Quoc Dung appreciated Kinderworld group (Singapore) for their interest ininvestment in Binh Dinh. At present, Binh Dinh is developing a strategy todevelop high-quality education and research in the locality. Specifically theInternational Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICISE) ofProfessor Tran Thanh Van is an ideal model to demonstrate it.

Mr Ricky Tan, Chairman ofKinderworld group acknowledged potentials of Binh Dinh and stressed that in thefuture the area would attract more investors. He proposed investment in a Singapore-VietnamInternational School (SVIS) covering 5 ha in Urban Trade Area in Northern HaThanh river (Quy Nhon city) for children from kindergarten to grade 12. Theother project is Outward Bound Viet Nam School covering 41.2 ha in Tan ThanhTourist Site, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone. It aims to provide training programs fordifferent age (primary school to university students and working people). Thecourses will give participants exciting experience of outdoor activities suchas mountain climbing, rowing... in absolutely safe conditions in order todevelop living skills, leadership skill and groupwork skill… In addition, thegroup will also consider the most suitable fee rate so that children in BinhDinh can join in the school’s programs.

In Vietnam, the group hasrun 14 school of the model in Ha Noi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh, BinhDuong, Vung Tau  cities; and the fees ofthese schools are different from the fees expected in Binh Dinh.

Chairman Ho Quoc Dungapproved the two venues proposed by the group. He urged the relevant agenciesto collaborate with Kinderworld group to finalize the best policies for theinvestor to proceed with the plan. A suggestion was also made to request theCentral government to provide the best conditions for the group to carry outthe projects in Binh Dinh.
