Special first meeting on investment in lunar year 2014

On the afternoon of 02.03.2014 (Day 4th of Traditional Tet), in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province People's Committee in collaboration with the Association of Entrepreneurs and Binh Dinh Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) organized a special first meeting and urged entrepreneurs to promote investment in the province on the occasion of new lunar year.

 

Binh DinhProvince leader and BIDVsigned an MOU of supporting the social welfare policy.

The ceremony was attendedby the Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, leaders the provincial People'sCommittee and representatives of relevant departments. On the side of Association of Entrepreneurs, Mr. DoanNguyen Duc, the President and Mr Tran Bac Ha - Honorary President.

At the meeting, Chairman LeHuu Loc summarized information on the situation of socio-economic developmentin 2013 and solutions for the upcoming time; he also introduced opportunitiesand and called for investment in 18 projects inareas such as infrastructure, real estate, trade services, tourism,agriculture, fisheries, health ... with total capital of approximately USD 1.8billion.

In addition, BIDV has also signed a memorandum ofunderstanding to support the implementation of social welfare policy with anamount of VND 20 billion.
