The People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province has just released the official dispatch to agree in principle to allow H.B.C Investment and Service Joint Stock Company to carry out related procedures for the project of Mui Tan – Tran Hung Dao Statue tourist route.
Accodingly, H.B.C Company will receive a partial payment in advance to implement the construction of Xuan Dieu Street (new stretch of road) from the end of Xuan Dieu Street to Mui Tan area (length: 600 m; width: 7 m), pumping sand to create new land fund (around 4 hectare of flooded sand bank) to build embankment against wave, car park, amusement park, pier and organising forms of supporting tourism and service.
According to Nguyen Thi Kim Cuc - General Director of HBC, Mui Tan area, Hai Minh, Hai Cang ward, Quy Nhon city is an area which has full conditons to develop marine ecotourism close to urban. Once completed, the area will become a potential tourist area of high economic value, playing an important part in developing tourism of Binh Dinh province.
The Company is urgently making a detailed plan of 1/500 scale and focusing all resources for early completion of the project. The estimated total investment capital of the project is about 80 billion.
