Kim Cuc Company is preparing to invest in a multi-functional building

The Provincial People’s Committee has recently directed the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to cooperate with Quy Nhon City People’s Committee and the Provincial Land Resource Centre to provide some land for Kim Cuc Investment and Construction Limited Company to carry out their multi-functional building project.

The Provincial People’s Committee has recently directed the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to cooperate with Quy Nhon City People’s Committee and the Provincial Land Resource Centre to provide some land for Kim Cuc Investment and Construction Limited Company to carry out their multi-functional building project.

According to the plan, the building of 10 floors will be built on an area of 1,000 m² with the total investment capital of more than VND 100 billion. It will be used for the company office and renting and expectedly start at the beginning of 2012.
