Two more tower blocks in Quy Nhon City

Saigon Phu Gia Trade Service and Office building Center invested by Saigon Phu Gia Investment Joint Stock Company will start construction in the first quarter of 2010 in Le Duan St., Quy Nhon City. The total investment capital reaches VND 1.041 billion.

Saigon Phu Gia Trade Service and Office building Center invested by Saigon Phu Gia Investment Joint Stock Company will start construction in the first quarter of 2010 in Le Duan St., Quy Nhon City. The total investment capital reaches VND 1.041 billion.

The project scale includes two tower blocks: the tower block of Trade - Service - Office - Banking and Finance Center, including: basement, ground floor, mezzanine floor, 23 upper storeys and top floor, with the total floor area of 31,302 m2 (not including the basement, technical floor and open space); The tower block of Trade Service and Office building Center, including: two basements, three upper storeys, a 15-storey tower and a 22-storey tower above. The total floor area is 53,471m² (not including the basement, technical floor and open space).

The project was granted the investment certificate by the provincial People's Committee in order to resolve the demand of working offices for companies at home and abroad, forming the modern commercial, shopping centre for residents in Quy Nhon City and the surrounding areas.
