Investment policy for project of Mui Tan - Tran Hung Dao Statue tourism and service route

On December 7, 2009, the provincial People's Committee issued the Document No. 4209 on agreement in principle for H.B.C Investment and Service Joint Stock Company to make a detailed plan of 1/500 scale to build an oasis at Quy Nhon sea (on Bai Can beach) in Area A for the project of Mui Tan - Tran Hung Dao Statue tourism and service area, restoring Tran Hung Dao Statue into a tourist area of unique architecture and creating a tourist destination with its own characteristic of Quy Nhon City.

On December 7, 2009, the provincial People's Committee issued the Document No. 4209 on agreement in principle for H.B.C Investment and Service Joint Stock Company to make a detailed plan of 1/500 scale to build an oasis at Quy Nhon sea (on Bai Can beach) in Area A for the project of Mui Tan - Tran Hung Dao Statue tourism and service area, restoring Tran Hung Dao Statue into a tourist area of unique architecture and creating a tourist destination with its own characteristic of Quy Nhon City.

Area A is built with an area of 7-8 ha; simultaneously using seaside land of about 0.6 ha for logistic area of the oasis including: parking, welcoming area and other supportive services.

In addition, Investment policy is also agreed for the project of building prolonged Xuan Dieu Street which begins from the end of the existing Xuan Dieu St. to the intersection of land areas of Navy port, Border Squadron 48 connecting up to Tran Hung Dao St.
