The provincial People’s Committee (PPC) has just issued the dispatch on allotting the land area at 16 Nguyen Hue St., Quy Nhon City (Department of Transportation is using, with area of 4,518.8m2) to Nam Viet Real Estate Joint Stock Company for constructing hotel, trading services and office for rent.
The provincial People’s Committee (PPC) has just issued the dispatch on allotting the land area at 16 Nguyen Hue St., Quy Nhon City (Department of Transportation is using, with area of 4,518.8m2) to Nam Viet Real Estate Joint Stock Company for constructing hotel, trading services and office for rent.
Also, the PPC has issued the dispatch of agreement in principle on allotting the land area at 01 Ngo May St., Quy Nhon City to Sai Gon Services Joint Stock Company for constructing a complex (Quy Nhon Plaza) of office for rent, hotel, trading services, apartment for rent to experts and tourists.
