While Binh Dinh hasadvantages of traffic, especially sea ports and is constructing infrastructureto lure investment, provinces in Northeast Thailand is far away from the seaand there are not enough workers. Therefore, Thai enterprises are shiftingtheir investment to neighbouring countries, namely Laos, Cambodia and especiallyVietnam.
