On 13^th March, in the city, MinhDu Poultry Stock Co., Ltd. and Austfeed Binh Dinh Co.,Ltd. to signed an MOU oftrade and investment cooperation with Soukchalon Co., Ltd. (Champasak, Laos.) Photo: signing ceremony.

According to this MOU, Minh Du Poultry StockCo., Ltd.  will provide breeding eggs andchicken, documents and technical guidance on hatching, looking after breeds anaccordance with the quality standards of Minh Du Poultry Stock Co., Ltd. sothat Soukchalon Co., Ltd. can implement it in Champasak province. Two parties are studying to establish a centre producingchicken breeds and breeding new species in Champasak province. In addition, Binh Dinh Austfeed Co., Ltd. will considertechnology transfer, investment cooperation and construction of animal feedfactory with Soukchalon Co., Ltd. Binh Dinh Austfeed Co., Ltd. will also conducta survey on weather conditions, farming practice and consumption of eggs in thesouthern provinces of Laosto provide breeding chicken and animal food for Soukchalon Co., Ltd.

The event took place as a result of a three dayvisit from 11-13/3/2013 by the mission of Champasak Department of Trade andIndustry (Laos), led by the director, Mr. Nalongsak Sattakoun together withsome businesses met with Binh Dinh Department of Trade and Industry to explore investmentopportunities. While in Binh Dinh, the teammade several visits to 6 businesses specializing in animal husbandry, animalfeed processing, fertilizer production and construction of biogas generation inthe area. The delegation also hadmeetings with the Department of Trade and Industry and a few other departments,Nhon Hoi Economic Zone Administration to share experience in state managementof industry, commerce, market, industrial parks and industrial clusters... 

To continue the effective implementation ofcooperation program signed by leaders of the two provinces in 2011 and the workcontent between the two official teams of Binh Dinh and Champasak provincessigned in May 2012, two Departments of Industry and Trade signed an MOU topromote the potentials and strengths of the two provinces; assist each other inexploiting resources for industrial and trade development, promote socio-economicgrowth, meet the trend of development cooperation and international economicintegration.
