In theevening of 03/12/2012, in the city of Quy Nhon,the Provincial People's Committee held the meeting with the tourism survey teamfrom the provinces of Ubon Ratchatbani, Sisaket (Thailand)Champasak, Sekong and Attapeu (Laos)and Kontum (Vietnam). 

Speakingat the reception, the Vice Chairman Mai ThanhThang said the stops and sightseeing of tourist venues and routes in Binh Dinhthat the survey team through eight provinces made were an interesting way tointroduce about the culture, history, politics and economy of Binh Dinhprovince. The survey in order to execute the cooperation for tourismdevelopment among the provinces of Ubon Ratchatbani, Sisaket (Thailand), Champasak,Sekong, Attapu (Lao), Kontum, Quang Ngai and Binh Dinh (Việt Nam) is also agreat opportunity for tourism and travel agents, companies and investors toexchange ideas and develop collaboration to boost the tourism development amongthe three countries.

With theadvantages of geographical location and potentials, in recent years the tourismsector in Binh Dinh has attempted to build a friendly and safe environment inthe eyes of visiting domestic and foreign tourists through the activities,programs, festivals and tourism events. Binh Dinhtourism is gradually asserting its role in the Vietnam tourism developmentstrategy.

AfterBinh Dinh, the team will continue the survey in Quang Ngai and the provinces ofChampasak, Sekong and Attapeu (Laos),Ubon Ratchatbani, Sisaket (Thailand)until 12/12. Binh Dinh has sent 5 people including one leader of the Departmentof Planning and Investment to participate in the survey.
