In the morning of 1 October, 2009, in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People's Committee Le Huu Loc and the related agencies of the province received and worked with the delegation of Dak Nong province, led by Mr. Tran Quoc Huy, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee.

At the meeting, Mr. Le Huu Loc has introduced the economic development potentials,  advantages in attracting investment of Binh Dinh Province, solutions to attract investment and results achieved in the province; the Director of Investment Promotion Center of Binh Dinh Province exchanged some experiences in investment promotion and objectives, measures to attract investment in the current conditions of the province; the Deputy director of the Economic Management Authorityof Binh Dinh province introduced competitive advantages and development potentials of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.

Then, the two sides exchanged, shared experiences with each other in the work of investment promotion such as: the establishment of hotlines between enterprises with provincial leaders, consensus between district level and commune level with provincial level on the introduction of investment locations; decentralization, authorization of the provincial People's Committee for the Economic Management Authority, the breakthroughs in the reform of administrative procedures ...

Ending the meeting, leaders of the two provinces highly agreed to co-operate more closely in the work of investment promotion, sharing of information and supporting each other. In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation visited Nhon Hoi Economic Zone and Phu Tai Industrial Zone.
