Administrative structure

Cultural features: The land of martial arts, homeland of Vietnamese National Hero Nguyen Hue - King Quang Trung, the birthplace and the cradle of poet masters: Dao Tan, Xuan Dieu, Che Lan Vien, Han Mac Tu, Yen Lan, etc.; many kinds of traditional arts.

Historical relics: Do Ban (Vijaya) Citadel, 14 Cham Towers, King Quang Trung Museum and the relics of Tay Son Uprising and many other relics.

Wide range of beauty spots and attractions, traditional craft villages and various traditional festivals.

Marine resources

134 km coastline, 2,500 km2 territorial sea, and 40,000 km2 exclusive economic zone

Natural resources

Granite, titanium, fine sand, kaolin, clay, gold, bauxite, etc.

Roads

National roads 1A (118km), 1D (19km), 19 (70km) and comfortable provincial and district roads.

Railway

The national railway (150km long) going through the province (Dieu Tri is a national station).

Seaports

Two seaports: Quy Nhon international port handling about 4 million tonnes per year; Thi Nai port handling about 0.8 million tonnes per year. Nhon Hoi port with capacity of 12 million tonnes per year is now underway.

Airport

Phu Cat Airport (domestic), 30 km from Quy Nhon City.

National power grid available. Daily water supply capacity of Quy Nhon City: 45,000m3, of Phu Tai IZ: 8,500m3, Nhon Hoi EZ: 12,000m3, 9 townships: 21,300m3

Industrial zones and Economic zone

Phu Tai and Long My IZs now in operation, others underway.

Especially, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, planned area of 12,000 hectares, will be a development hub of the Key Economic Region of Central Vietnam.
