 APPROVAL ON INVESTMENT POLICY BY THE PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE

Applicable to cases where investors apply for approval for investigation and documentation of investment projects in Binh Dinh Province, except investment projects in industrial zone or economic zone

File to submit:  02 sets, including at least 01 original set, comprising:

A submission or request for approval on investment policy including following information:

- Self introduction of investor: name, head office address, telephone number, legal representative, date of establishment, place of registry (applicable to organizations); full name, date of birth, nationality, number and date of issue of ID/passport, permanent address, telephone number, etc.;

- Presentation on investment intent or investment project proposal: investment contents, scale, investment capital, capital source, time and schedule of implementation if being accepted;

- Requirements to the Provincial People's Committee for location, land, infrastructure, support, etc.

File receiving body: Investment Promotion Center

Processing time-limit: Within 14 working days from the date of receipt of valid file.
